We were able to fundraise enough to enrich 40 families in the 4Given Wellness Drive. Thank you to all our benefactors, especially Initiate Life , Coneckt org and Dignity Dreams SA for the contributions.

Some of these families are hugely extended and include the children of departed siblings and or children. Some are child headed households and in others, the Grandparents are the only ones receiving state pensions or nothing at all. But all are in desperate and were very grateful for the help.

The 4Given wellness drive aims to feed both the body and the soul. The recipients received enough food to feed a family of 4 for 21 days, 4 Reusable facemask and a Bible.

During lockdown many South Africans have suffered from hunger as it is difficult to make ends meet when they cannot work or have lost their jobs, adding to the already high rate of unemployment. Most of our population live on or below the breadline.
